 If, for any reason, our pants do not entirely meet your satisfaction, you may return unworn, unused or unsealed items within 30 days of purchase for exchange or refund. Shipping charges and sales tax on shipping are not refundable.

Send your package back using the shipper of your choice. SWAG encourages you to use an insured carrier. This will enable you to track you package more easily. Please note the SWAG cannot assume responsibility for uninsured packages that are lost or stolen in the mail. However, if using USPS, do NOT use “Signature Required” as it may cause a lengthy delay in the receipt of your return. Keep your shipping receipt until the credit card from your return appears on your credit card statement or until you receive your refund.

Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process your return/exchange. We will credit or refund the value of the item and any taxes you were charged (excluding shipping & handling charges).
